1. What services does Empathease Oasis provide?

We offer emotional wellness counseling sessions focused on personal growth, emotional support, and self-awareness. These services are not substitutes for medical or psychiatric treatment.

2. How do I book a session?

Sessions can be booked through our website. You'll receive a confirmation once your payment is successfully processed.

3. Can I book multiple sessions or a package?

Yes. We offer single sessions as well as discounted packages (e.g., 4-session group packages).

4. Can I reschedule my session?

You can reschedule up to 12 hours before the session time. Rescheduling within 12 hours is considered a cancellation and is non-refundable.

5. How long is each counseling session?

Most sessions last between 50 to 60 minutes unless otherwise specified.

6. Can I choose or change my counselor?

You may request a change in counselor by emailing us. Requests are subject to availability and may not be accommodated within 12 hours of a scheduled session.

7. Can I pause or extend a package?

Yes, but only upon written request and approval. Sessions must be used within a reasonable time frame.

8. What is a Discovery Call?

It’s a free, one-time, 25-minute session to help you understand our services before committing.

9. Is therapeutic advice provided during the Discovery Call?

No. The Discovery Call is purely informational and does not include counseling or diagnosis.

10. Can I book the Discovery Call before payment?

Yes. The Discovery Call can be scheduled before purchasing any package or single session.

11. How do I make payments?

Payments are processed through Razorpay (India) or PayPal (International). Sessions are confirmed only after successful payment.

12. What if the payment is debited but my session isn’t confirmed?

Please contact info@empatheaseoasis.com and reach out to your payment provider to trace the issue.

13. What is your cancellation policy for single sessions?

You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.

14. What is your refund policy for group packages?

• Full refund if cancelled 24+ hours before the first session<br>• 25% refund if one session is attended<br> • No refund if two or more sessions are used

15. What happens if a session is disrupted due to technical issues?

We’ll reschedule the session free of cost. Refunds are not issued for such disruptions.

16. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

17. Are my sessions confidential?

Yes, with the exception of:<br>• Imminent risk of harm<br>• Suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult<br>• Legal mandates or court orders

18. Are sessions recorded?

Yes, for quality and training purposes. We obtain verbal consent at the beginning of your first session.

19. Is my data shared or sold?

No. Your data is never sold or rented. It is used solely for service delivery and legal compliance.

20. How long is my data stored?

Data is retained for up to 3 years after your last session, then securely deleted.

21. Will you inform my employer or family?

No, unless required by law or if you give written consent.

22. What if my counselor misses the session?

You’ll be offered a full refund (for single sessions) or the option to reschedule.

23. Can I contact my counselor outside the session?

Counselors are only available during scheduled times. Out-of-session contact is discouraged and may go unanswered.

24. Can I record my session?

No. Unauthorized recording or distribution of session content is strictly prohibited.

25. Is the platform accessible globally?

Yes, you can access our services from anywhere in the world. Data may be processed in India or elsewhere, depending on service needs.

26. Are sessions available in regional languages?

Primarily in English and Hindi. Contact us to check availability in other languages.

27. What if I’m unhappy with the session?

We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction. You can write to us at info@empatheaseoasis.com, and we’ll review your concerns within 7–10 business days.

28. Can my account be suspended?

Yes, if you violate our policies or misuse the platform, your access may be suspended or terminated.

29. What legal jurisdiction governs these services?

All terms are governed under Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra courts.
