By using the Empathease Oasis website and services, you confirm your acceptance of all terms, policies, and conditions detailed herein. You are expected to read and understand these terms in full prior to accessing any part of the platform or booking services. Continued use of the site implies your agreement to abide by these rules and any future amendments.

2. Services Provided
Empathease Oasis is a platform facilitating emotional wellness counselling sessions through certified psychologists and counsellors. Services are offered for individual emotional support, self-awareness, and personal growth. These are not substitutes for medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency mental health services. The platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services or access at its discretion.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and current. Misrepresentation of age or identity may result in termination of access without refund.

4. Discovery Call Policy
We offer a one-time, complimentary Discovery Call of up to 25 minutes to help potential clients understand our counselling approach, service offerings, and how we operate. This session is intended to answer questions and clarify the process before committing to a counselling package.
• The Discovery Call is available free of cost and can be scheduled once per individual.
• It is designed for informational and introductory purposes only and does not constitute a full counselling session.
• Clients may opt for this call prior to making payment for any single session or package (individual or group).
• The Discovery Call must be scheduled in advance through our official booking channels and is subject to availability.
• No therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment will be provided during the Discovery Call.
By booking a Discovery Call, clients acknowledge that its purpose is to explore service suitability, and that formal counselling sessions begin only after full registration and payment.

5. Booking & Payment
All counseling sessions must be paid in advance via our secure payment gateways (Razorpay for Indian clients and PayPal for international clients). Prices and session availability may vary and are subject to change. If funds are debited but your session is not confirmed, please email info@empatheaseoasis.com. Bookings are only confirmed upon successful payment receipt. If the amount is debited from your account but is not reflecting in our business account, we recommend that you contact your bank or the payment gateway directly to initiate the refund process.
